What kind of wax do you use? 

We use the most purest soy and coconut wax blended so that it heats evenly and won't burn out your wick. At the same time letting the maximum amount of fragrance release during burning time and while switched off, this is known as hot and cold throw.

Why do I need to use a lid?

We strongly recommend that you use a lid provided as it protects your candle from dust and other dirt particles. It also keeps the fragrance from escaping, we do suggest using a cloche if you do not like lids.

What is the difference between fragrance oils and essential oils?

Fragrance oils are only used to give off and release fragrance. Whereas essential oils are also used for various properties, for example, Lavender to de-stress using its calming properties. 

How do I know that my credit card [cc] details/ transaction is safe?

Your cc details are never saved by us. It is securely transacted through the Shopify store and none of your details are given out to third parties as stated in our Privacy Policy page under the Menu POLICIES. If you do not wish to use your cc details online there is an option of using Paypal.

Can I pay cash?

Normally not, however if you have a large custom order and you are personally collecting, then yes.

Otherwise, we do not accept cash payments as we are an online store and everything is processed there, and since we use a delivery service this is why we can't.

Why is delivery so high?

What most people don't realize is that most of our products are flammable at certain temperatures therefore, we needed a delivery service carrier that would take on our deliveries. We also have to state that it is fragile as most of our products are in glass containers. So this is why it is slightly higher than normal delivery.

My item arrived broken, what do I do?
