When We Say We Use Quality Ingredients

We use Cargill's NatureWax C-3 which is a Vegetable wax produced from Soy Beans.

C-3 Wax does NOT contain ingredients with an animal, mineral or petroleum origin.

C-3 Wax is Non-Hazardous and Eco-Friendly by being Biodegradable.

Therefore, using C-3 Wax is Non-Toxic and a more natural option to using Paraffin which is known to be toxic.

We Want You to get the Most out of Your Candle!

Always trim your wick to 5-7mm before first use and before lighting again each time. This will prevent sooting.

Also make sure that you burn your candle all the way to the edges. This will prevent tunneling.

Always place your candle on a stable and heatproof surface away from flammable object and draughts.

Avoid burning your candle for more than 3-4 hours at a time. This can be dangerous and cause the glass to become exceedingly hot and may crack.

Always keep candles OUT OF REACH from children and pets.

NEVER leave a burning candle alone.

Even Our Wax Melts Are Safe!

We use KeraSoy Pillar 4120 for Wax Melts and Kerasoy Pillar Pillar Blend for our Pillar Candles. Both are Bio-Degradable and Vegan Friendly, and have been Dermatologically tested.

We also these waxes because it is a Soy blend that has great scent throw. Smooth and creamy natural wax for structural candles. Just what you need from a Melt or Pillar.

Welcome to Scents & Sentimentals. We are a team of two cousins, also Mums to 7 children.

We started this business with a passion for fragrance and creativity. We offer affordable AND quality products that are non-toxic and hand-poured.

We also have a passion for luxurious scents, humble homes, unseen beauty and love retelling stories of our past childhood memories.

We show this with our Signature Scents, they are blended in-house meaning you cannot find these Scents anywhere else and each Signature Scent has its own Story relating to the Scent's profile.
